Beginner Lacrosse Lessons

Whether you’re new to lacrosse or have played before, come give it a try. Just remember to bring water and running shoes and have fun.

If you’re looking to try lacrosse for the first time, then look no further than the Iron Maidens’ lacrosse program that’s open to students from 2nd to 12th grade. This program caters to all levels, so whether you’re a beginner or an experienced player, you’re sure to get the most out of it. The coaches are dedicated to providing a supportive and challenging environment for each player. With a focus on developing fundamental skills, increasing fitness levels, and fostering a love of the game, be sure not to miss it!

We will provide loaner equipment for lessons and every new player that attends three lessons will receive a free lacrosse stick. With a focus on developing fundamental skills, increasing fitness levels, and fostering a love of the game, be sure not to miss it!

All participants must register with USA Lacrosse, to complete membership registration please visit this page. USA Lacrosse memberships cost $35, please select the 22U registration as it contains all youth players. Membership provides a subscription to USA Lacrosse Magazine (print) and full online access and also includes insurance catered towards players.
